Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Worker for one of our clients, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support in their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain a person-centered care plan that meets the client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • Must be a driver with a full UK driving license.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS disclosure (expense to be met by Home Care Direct).
  • Be willing to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
  • Respect company policies and procedures.
  • Be reliable, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate.
  • Commit to confidentiality and treat the client with dignity and respect.
