Job Overview

Primal Strength is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Assistant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily customer payments, bookkeeping, and assisting with internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily customer payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Assist with internal reporting, including financial analysis and budgeting
  • Provide general finance and office administration support, including requesting financing from vendors and assisting with audit tasks
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Liaise with external IT support for office IT requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a finance team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary plus 13th cheque
  • 31 days annual leave including public holidays
  • Annual volunteering day
  • Ability to work 1 day per week at home

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
