Legal Counsel

Nominet is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our small legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide legal Business Partnering support to sales and product teams in relation to global services and license transactions, commercial deals, and partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Support public sector bids and draft, review, and advise upon customer and vendor contracts
- Work with the business to identify risks and assist with good contract management, ensuring compliance with corporate governance
- Provide proactive legal support to sales and product teams, including commercial deals and partnership opportunities
- 3+ years post-qualified experience in UK law, preferably with government tender and procurement experience
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex legal environment and own activities to completion
