Job Title: Resident Services Operational Manager

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Resident Services Operational Manager to join our team at Carrington Blake Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, developing, and monitoring all front-line operational actions of Resident Services, generating a positive transformation of the living environment within mixed-tenure housing estates.

Main Duties / Accountabilities

  • Manage income and debt recovery procedures for all tenures, ensuring achievement of performance standards and targets.
  • Work in partnership with Police and relevant community and registered Social landlords to achieve a coordinated approach to incidents of anti-social behaviour, harassment, and domestic violence.
  • Provide an effective and efficient mixed-tenure management service, exercising and protecting 'Housing Services' rights as landlord.
  • Ensure that mechanisms are in place for implementing and monitoring all tenure enforcement procedures, providing sound advice to the team on housing matters.
  • Actively promote resident participation in the management of their homes and estates, ensuring that the team achieves objectives of the Council's participation and consultation strategy.
  • Ensure effective consultation is carried out with all tenure associations and Harrow Federation of Tenants' and Residents' Association, in relation to policy change, matters of Housing Management, and planned works in the area.
