Exciting Opportunity for a Management Accountant Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant Assistant to join our team at Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, preparing and uploading journal entries, and comparing actual costs against budgeted costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and upload journal entries, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Compare actual costs against budgeted costs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts, providing valuable insights
Requirements:
  • Experience of assisting with management accounts, with a strong understanding of financial principles
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
