About the Role

We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across Weston-Super-Mare and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to Royal Mail's vehicle safety policies
  • Work in all weather conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures
