We are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Facilities Maintenance Technician within a prominent facilities management organization in the East Anglia region.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across multiple sites, focusing on maintenance services that aim to optimize operational efficiency and minimize external costs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Building Trade qualification (NVQ/C&G)
  • Valid driving license for mobility across sites

Role Responsibilities:

The position involves a combination of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs, including but not limited to:

  • Building Maintenance: General upkeep and repairs
  • Roofing: Addressing leaks and performing routine gutter and drainage maintenance
  • Brickwork: Repairing structural walls
  • Flooring: Fixing vinyl and ceramic tile issues
  • External Areas: Managing car park and yard maintenance
  • Roller Shutters: Conducting annual maintenance and urgent repairs
  • Painting and Decorating: Executing minor painting tasks
  • Plumbing: Unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks; repairing leaks in taps and washers
