Arden Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective implementation and utilization of ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Run workshops to gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
- Stakeholder Management: Offer guidance and explanations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to deliver the needs of the client and ensure understanding, working individually or as part of an Agile scrum team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
- ServiceNow experience and administrator qualification are preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
