About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and young people, working closely with patients' families and carers to discuss their care and condition.

You will need to have excellent analytical skills and be able to make sound decisions in changing clinical situations, as well as be proficient in using specialized equipment such as monitors and ventilators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with the Paediatric Lead to ensure effective patient care
  • Working with patients' families and carers to discuss their care and condition
  • Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations
  • Checking and using specialized equipment such as monitors and ventilators
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
  • A Paediatric Nursing Degree
