About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Redlands. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting individuals to develop their independence and life skills
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for individuals
