Job Description

Expleo Group UK Jobs is currently recruiting for a number of experienced Vehicle Technicians, including Technicians with experience in Connected Car, Vehicle Navigation, Electrical, Customer Focused, and Test & Development, to join a leading Automotive Research and Development Team for a Global Automotive Manufacturer.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a dedicated team of Test Technicians and Engineers on a contract basis. You will be a key player in the test and development of future vehicles, responsible for the preparation, building, and maintenance of vehicles or components for testing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading investigations into faults and/or performance issues
  • Assembling and disassembling parts, components, or vehicles for static and dynamic test activities
  • Ensuring products meet customers' needs

You will use various diagnostic software, including CANalyzer. Ideally, you will be educated to City & Guilds, BTEC, IMI, or NVQ Level 3.

Key requirements include:

  • An understanding of vehicle dis-assembly, assembly, and maintenance techniques
  • An electronic or electrical background in automotive is desirable
  • Basic machining or fabrication experience is desirable but not essential

You will hold a valid driving license and have the capability to travel.
