Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Bath. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on vehicle parts and accessories to customers and colleagues
- Manage and maintain accurate records of parts stock and ordering
- Assist customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing
- Ensure the parts stock room is well-organized and stock levels are managed effectively
- Support colleagues and customers with parts-related queries
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role within the motor industry (ideally)
- Excellent IT literacy and organizational skills
- A 'can-do' attitude and high levels of attention to detail
- Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
