About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Discovery, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities to live independently in their own home.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for enabling our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting their independence and well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and shopping
  • Support individuals to develop their life skills and independence
  • Record daily notes and incidents using our IT systems
  • Work flexibly, including weekends, waking nights, and sleep-ins if required
