Key Responsibilities:

* Strategize funding approaches to optimize interest income and/or minimize interest expenses.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with bank trading desks, dealers, brokers, and other market participants as needed.
* Expand the funding base and support due diligence efforts for funding providers.
* Conduct analysis and forecasting of liquidity positions.
* Continuously develop and maintain expertise in regulatory issues related to interest rate risk, market dynamics, and liquidity management.
* Monitor risk metrics daily to ensure compliance with established limits.
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, performing duties with utmost integrity.

Requirements:

* Educated to University undergraduate degree level is essential, with relevant professional qualifications highly advantageous.
* A minimum of 5 years knowledge of treasury and rates products, FX, MM, Derivatives
* Experience using financial and treasury systems
* Experience with ALM risk management (including liquidity, interest rate and market risks)
* Experience using Excel, SQL and PowerBI skills.
* CFA, AMCT and or accountancy or risk qualifications highly advantageous
