Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality financial inclusion services to customers, providing coaching and feedback to colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide personal financial advice and guidance to customers, including welfare benefits advice and money guidance necessary to sustain their tenancies.
- Monitor the quality of advice and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
- Design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery, including providing cover on a rota basis for outreaches during extended hours.
- Experience of monitoring quality of advice and providing constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
- Ability to provide personal financial advice and guidance, including welfare benefits advice and money guidance.
- Knowledge and experience of provision of advice on benefits, including relevant legislation such as the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
- Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
