We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering a customer-focused financial inclusion service to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality financial inclusion services to customers, providing coaching and feedback to colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide personal financial advice and guidance to customers, including welfare benefits advice and money guidance necessary to sustain their tenancies.
  • Monitor the quality of advice and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
  • Design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery, including providing cover on a rota basis for outreaches during extended hours.
Requirements
  • Experience of monitoring quality of advice and providing constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
  • Ability to provide personal financial advice and guidance, including welfare benefits advice and money guidance.
  • Knowledge and experience of provision of advice on benefits, including relevant legislation such as the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
  • Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
