About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Resident Doctor to join our team and take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our Consultant-Led team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including pre-op and post-op treatments, clinical assessments, and ward rounds.
  • Work closely with our Consultant-Led team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Participate in audits, projects, and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK.
  • Intensive Care Medicine training, including Critical Care and Anaesthesia.
  • Experience working in a level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
