Our contributions have included defining the strategic vision for the Fraud and Financial Crime function, managing change deliverables, establishing a robust governance framework, conducting risk and control assessments, designing Target Operating Models, and creating comprehensive learning and development frameworks.

Qualifications

To excel in this Principal Consultant role, we seek candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Expertise in various Financial Crime categories (money laundering, sanctions, bribery, and corruption; fraud experience is a plus).
  • Design and implementation of Financial Crime Target Operating Models.
  • Experience across all lines of defense in financial crime management.
  • Operational and strategic insight into multiple financial crime categories.
  • Development of leading-edge learning and development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and frameworks.
  • Experience in formulating financial crime strategies for large, complex organizations.
  • Exposure to various sectors within Financial Services, such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, and Investment Banking.
  • Insight into the evolving landscape of financial crime risk mitigation and knowledge of industry leaders' practices.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders in complex projects while delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to meet changing client expectations.
  • Core Consulting Skills: Essential for success in this role.

We foster an energetic and fast-paced environment that values collaboration, curiosity, and fairness. If this aligns with your career aspirations, we would be eager to connect.

At PA Consulting, we recognize the importance of diverse perspectives and experiences. We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
