Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Team CV Ltd. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and pack items to match customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate voice-activated picking machines and scanners to streamline the picking process.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Identify and select suitable replacements for sold-out stock.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for delivery.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet productivity targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Patience and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Initiative to take ownership of tasks and contribute to process improvements.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of English language.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
• Ability to operate basic computer or hand-held devices.
