Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality management practices across our projects.
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure quality risks are considered and addressed through design mitigation.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Champion the use of digital technology, such as FieldView, to enhance quality management and inspection processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management and assurance in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality specifications, building regulations, and construction law in the UK.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 and other relevant quality management standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify risks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
