A leading financial services recruitment agency, Ashdown Group, is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join its team due to business growth. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in a regional office, supporting the financial planning needs of Advisors and Directors.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on financial planning factors and suitable plans/products, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting client data onto Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Researching and analyzing financial products to identify suitable solutions for clients.
  • Producing accurate IHT calculations and cashflow models to inform financial planning decisions.
  • Creating suitability letters, reports, and illustrations to communicate complex financial information to clients.
  • Ensuring end-to-end compliance with FCA regulatory standards, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

This role would suit a proven Paraplanner with experience in Wealth Management and ideally a Diploma in Paraplanning qualification (DipPP). The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, plus a range of benefits including:
