Our Client, a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an Artwork Administrator to maintain and implement artwork revisions in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs & Marketing for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging on Ethical and OTC products. This office-based role near Bedford offers a full-time permanent position with the option of hybrid working after probation. The successful candidate will oversee artwork changes, collaborating with external design agencies, printers and suppliers and proofread amended artwork. They will also obtain and raise new part codes in relation to artwork changes within IFS ERP System, maintain accurate records and documentation of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals, and monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to project schedules. Additionally, they will maintain component Change Log, conducting regular audits or artwork files and documentation to ensure compliance, and support monthly and ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Artwork Administrative role and excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
