About the Service - Treatment & Recovery Services
Our treatment and recovery services offer tailored support to help individuals challenge dependency. We understand that recovery from dependency is a personal process and that it is possible with the right support. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing effective therapeutic support and ongoing support as they progress in their recovery journey.
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead one of the integrated components of our recovery-orientated treatment system. The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of the Young People's Service and assertive outreach/prevention elements of the service. They will ensure that the service's key elements are integrated, effective, and delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recovery-oriented treatment and a proven track record of leading teams and developing services. They will be able to motivate and support service users through all stages of their individual recovery journey and work within a strengths-based, recovery-orientated, change and outcomes-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the Young People's Service and assertive outreach/prevention elements of the service
- Ensure that the service's key elements are integrated, effective, and delivered to a high standard
- Lead, line manage, and develop a team to build a forward-looking, dynamic, and competent team within a culture of continuous performance improvement
- Support and motivate service users through all stages of their individual recovery journey
- Work within a strengths-based, recovery-orientated, change and outcomes-focused approach
