Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the multi-metal sector.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on our range of products and services.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and process orders promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate and organized sales records and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the multi-metal sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and build rapport.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software tools.
