Job Description

Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Automotive family-run franchise-approved car dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, training, and development of all members of staff
  • Full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the dealership
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
  • Focused on Customer Service and ensuring that all staff deliver a professional service

Requirements:

  • Previous General Manager/Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
  • Able to lead from the front and motivate the team to success
  • Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads
