You will be accountable for all aspects of the home, including recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning. However, the focus remains on the people we support, and you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating kindness, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the needs of individuals
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care and support services
- Recruit, retain, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
