Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism

  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care and support services
  • Recruit, retain, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
