About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Policy Specialist to join our team at OCS Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our resourcing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our divisional talent attraction strategy and supporting the local communities near our client contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work together with the Resourcing Manager to deliver the divisional talent attraction strategy
  • Create partnerships with social value employment partners and work together on effective resourcing plans to support the local communities near our client contracts
  • Support with the design, implementation and roll out of a new 'Application Tracking System' and 'Vendor Management System' across the UK group
  • Manage the talent pipeline together with the Resourcing Manager (including internal moves and external hires, as required)
Requirements
  • Resourcing experience, ideally within security or a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of resourcing practices, including but not limited to: talent attraction, offer negotiation and managing high volume resourcing campaigns
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of how to inspire resourcing performance in multi-site operations
  • Microsoft office proficiency and knowledge of other internal IT systems
  • Be willing to travel to other OCS offices across the UK & Ireland, as required by the business
  • Have a flexible and positive attitude towards work

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly
  • Experience using ATS software would be an advantage, although not essential
  • Experience reporting from different data sources
Working Arrangements

Regular travel required to OCS offices at least 3 days per week and client sites required with some flexible home working available. Full clean driving license is required.
