**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activities Assistant to join our team at Gloucester House, a respected care charity. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a varied and engaging programme of activities for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement creative and enjoyable activities for our residents, including group events and individual sessions.
  • Advertise and promote the planned programme to encourage involvement of residents, relatives, and staff.
  • Participate in fundraising events and plan theme event nights to enhance the resident experience.

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in organizing activities or a related field.
