Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Mackinnon Bruce International. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of new and existing products innovation, net revenue protection, and net revenue growth for our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume project leadership for designated range of products, ensuring such projects are executed to the correct required standards.
  • Take ownership and drive projects assigned to you, ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and to plan.
  • Ensure efficient project planning is conducted with funding and resource requirements clearly outlined and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for ensuring all required feasibility, formulation, analysis, stability testing, industrial trials, technical file preparation, and dossier work are performed on time and to the required standards.
  • Support the team with respect to required activities that support Product Development across the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong influence, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with an ability to evaluate and take risks.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to think strategically, develop tactics, and transform ideas into reality.
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box.
  • Flexible to travel, if required.

The position requires 2 days per week at our client's office in Hull. You must be eligible to work in the UK without a work visa/sponsorship for this position.
