Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data quality within the CRM system, including data entry, importing, maintaining, and reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the events team in identifying and creating targeted invite lists for events held by the firm.
  • Manage the events functionality within the system to record registrants and attendees and generate post-event reports.
  • Support the content team in maintaining quality mailing lists, dealing with any mailing list registrations, bounce backs, or unsubscribes.
  • Support the Business Development team by generating reports and information to support decision-making while providing actionable insights.

About the Role:

This role would suit an individual who is experienced in completing a range of data-entry tasks and can demonstrate proficiency using various IT platforms, particularly Microsoft Excel.

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will work alongside a strong and supportive team, gaining full exposure and insight into how a marketing team functions and runs on a daily basis.
