About the Role

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mobile Combustion Engineer to join our client's Facilities Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Mechanical Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies
  • Work across multiple sites, providing maintenance and repair services to commercial and domestic heating systems
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong background in building services, with experience in commercial and domestic heating systems
  • Purging experience and relevant qualifications
  • Previous FM experience working across multiple sites
  • Strong building services experience, knowledge, and understanding of building compliance
  • Previous experience as a mobile engineer
Education and Qualifications
  • Mechanical qualifications from a known institution (C&Gs/NVQ)
  • HVAC qualification/experience
  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Diving license
