We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Park House Crisis Centre.

In this vital role, you will provide compassionate and individualized support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. Your primary focus will be on empowering individuals to navigate their challenges, build resilience, and work towards recovery.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong therapeutic relationships with individuals in crisis.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance during challenging times.
  • Collaborating with individuals to develop personalized care plans and goals.
  • Implementing risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals.
  • Connecting individuals with appropriate resources and support networks.
