We are working with a highly regarded legal firm in the BN16 area, seeking a Family Solicitor to join their busy growing team.

The ideal candidate will be managing a caseload of discreet family matters, working on legal-aid cases, and acting on behalf of clients in divorces, settlements, cohabitation agreements, ancillary relief, and matrimonial matters.

• Manage a caseload of family law matters
• Work on legal-aid cases
• Act on behalf of clients in divorces, settlements, and cohabitation agreements
• Provide expert advice on ancillary relief and matrimonial matters

• Previous experience in family law
• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a part-time opportunity, ideally for 24 hours per week. The salary will be dependent on previous experience.
