About the Role

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Aderant practice management system, providing reporting and analytical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Improve Aderant System
    • Ensure the Aderant system is up-to-date and running efficiently
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors
  • Provide Reporting and Analytical Support
    • Develop and maintain complex reports using SQL and SSRS
    • Prepare and maintain financial information, including historical data and budgeting/fee estimate efforts
    • Assist with the development of ad-hoc and standardized financial and performance reports
  • Manage System Security and Administration
    • Maintain Aderant user security, access, and administration
    • Help resolve complex system requests and queries
  • Manage Month-End System Close Process
    • Ensure the month-end system close process is completed accurately and on time
  • Manage Monthly Exchange Rate Updates
    • Update exchange rates and ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Significant Legal or Professional Services Finance System Experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience with Aderant Practice Management Systems
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced International Environment
