£65,000 - £75,000 + Full SLT package and bonus

A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for a diligent Financial Controller to join a well-established property company. Reporting directly into a highly accomplished Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dedicated and skilled finance team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Financial Controller with meticulous attention to detail, obsessed with ensuring everything balances to the penny, and has the ability to interrogate large sets of data from an audit-like perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all service charge duties
  • Manage complex cashflow forecasts
  • Optimise working capital and liquidity
  • Lead reporting to Group
  • Review the procurement strategy

This is an all-encompassing Financial Controller position, and will be a phenomenal opportunity for someone to work alongside a Finance Director looking to continuously improve processes and functions for maximum efficiency and success.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Financial Controller with audit-like mentality
  • Property experience beneficial but not essential
