We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at FireAngel Safety Technology. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and growth of our electrical wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve financial goals and targets in the electrical wholesale channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national account customers and influencers in the wholesale and installation space.
- Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement promotional plans and incentive mechanics to drive product sales.
- Own and manage the financial metrics for the wholesale channel, including forecasting and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively approach key contacts across the wholesale channel to agree plans and activities.
- Continuously review and improve sales plans and activities to ensure buy-in and support from top to bottom across the organization.
- Agree, manage, and monitor commercial agreements with wholesalers and negotiate future renewals.
- Work with the sales apprentice to build and execute objectives in line with the delivery of the financial plan.
- Negotiate tactical pricing with wholesalers and bring recommendations to the commercial board as appropriate.
- Build a powerful network of key decision-makers and influencers across the wholesale channel, including in the contracting and installation space.
- Negotiate deals and incentives with contractors and installers to generate demand in the wholesale channel.
- Ensure excellent service and support to wholesalers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
- Knowledge and understanding of the wholesale/installer ecosystem and a network of contacts.
- Strong networking skills.
- Ability to work without supervision and use initiative.
- Computer literate (MS Office applications, high standard of Excel skills).
- Valid UK driving license.
- Reliable and structured professional with a strong foundation in trust and integrity.
- Ability to think differently and make a real impact in a business that is changing the face of the retail sector.
