* Implement user experience strategies to enhance the on-site experience for employees and visitors.
* Oversee daily vendor services to ensure quality and reliability.
* Partner with the Supplier Relationship Manager to implement the regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategy.
* Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, maintaining an 'audit-ready' state.
