Job Title: Engineering Manager

At Saur EUROPE, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and management to engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary capabilities and experience to support business needs.
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Review and validate engineering input to estimates, project plans, and change requests.
  • Ensure engineering alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Approve technical deliverables and manage the technical sign-off process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and cost teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Travel as needed to support business needs and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
  • Liaise with the QHSE Representative to ensure ongoing review and updates of engineering procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an Engineering Manager with experience in technical design and engineering.
  • Good general understanding and knowledge across all disciplines.
  • Degree qualified with chartership preferred but not essential.
