Job Description:

As a Call Centre Consultant at 4Sight, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and positive attitude will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
