Main Responsibilities- Work as an Autonomous Practitioner within the respiratory team, accepting referrals and providing comprehensive expert assessment and care to patients with respiratory conditions.
- Provide a service within localities across Fareham, Gosport, and SE Hampshire, covering home oxygen assessment and review, rapid response to avoid admission, and supported hospital discharge.

The salary for this position is £35,392 to £42,618 per annum, based on full-time hours.
