Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

GMP Manufacturing Ltd, a leading manufacturer of medicinal products and medical devices, is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team at the Hull site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and installation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for new machinery and equipment installations.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Conduct electrical inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Document maintenance activities, upgrades, and inspections in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Experience with the installation of new machinery, power supplies, and electrical upgrades.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting automation systems, PLCs, and electrical components.
