About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.
As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in our kitchens. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to tailor our catering service provision to meet the bespoke requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with menu planning and preparation to meet the needs of our clients
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their guests
Requirements
- Experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a catering or hospitality setting
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
