About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Consultant to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Environmental Impact team, you will play a critical role in managing environmental inputs to large-scale development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality environmental reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents.
  • Provide technical expertise in environmental impact assessment, environmental management, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify environmental constraints, impact avoidance and mitigation solutions, and opportunities to deliver benefits.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of environmental reports and assessments.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities, identifying and leading proposals for new projects and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant environmental discipline, such as environmental science, ecology, or environmental engineering.
  • Proven experience in environmental impact assessment, environmental management, and sustainability, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality environmental reports and assessments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in programming, staff resource, and budget management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical experts, project managers, and clients.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest environmental policies, regulations, and best practices.
