About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter/Mobile Technician to join our team at Halfords. As a Mobile Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at our local hub to collect your van and use our smart app to guide you through your daily route.
  • Meet customers and carry out technical work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work on your own initiative, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in incentive lead training, bonus schemes, and great career opportunities throughout the group.

Requirements
  • Experience in Tyre Fitting / Fast Fit.
  • A current valid driving licence.
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
  • The drive to provide great customer experiences.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
