Lettings Negotiator Job Description

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Southampton

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team in Southampton. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or lettings
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
