About the Role:
The Technical Solutions Expert at Loftware is a key member of our Service Delivery team, responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical architecture, designing solutions that meet their needs.
- Assist in scope definition, requirements analysis, and functional/technical design to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
- Develop user interfaces, databases, and backend logic for the integration of labeling systems with various third-party systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, deployment, administration, and maintenance of solutions that implement industry standards.
- Create and execute user acceptance testing materials to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Provide third-level technical support on-site and remotely to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate statuses to project managers, identifying potential roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, including schedules, subcontractor interactions, report creation, and status reporting.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of experience in a technology environment.
- Travel (up to 20%) is required.
- Ability to assess client needs and management requirements, creatively providing solutions that address those needs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL principles, including normalization and stored procedures.
- SQL Server 2016 and above database creation and management.
- Windows Server 2016 and above management (IIS, Active Directory).
- Experience with object-oriented programming (C#/.NET Framework or Java) and scripting (VBScript, Python, JavaScript).
- Mobile application development experience is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and take ownership of implementation issues from origination to resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to convey technical principles to a non-technical audience.
- Solid planning and customer relationship skills.
- Thorough in preparing user interface documentation.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work reliably with some supervision of a senior consultant.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs.
- Provide basic and advanced solution training, developing and delivering training material.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to learn new technology through self-study.
- Fluent in English language. German, Italian, Spanish, or French language is a plus.
