Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
  • Working with handheld devices for efficient task management and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Traveling between sites as needed, with flexibility to work in diverse conditions, including indoors, outdoors, and on roofs.
  • Participating in emergency out-of-hours call-outs and standby arrangements.
  • Developing your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, with opportunities to become a fully qualified Multi Skilled Technician.

  • A full driving license and DBS clearance (we will provide this check).
