Key Details:
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £24,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Residential Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in exemplifying the high-quality customer service standards we are known for. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the lives of our homeowners while supporting their independence. This multifaceted position involves delivering exceptional customer service, front-of-house management, and facilities oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new homeowners and assist them in settling into their apartments.
- Provide a professional front-of-house service, ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, offering assistance, support, and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure the seamless operation of the estate.
- Represent McCarthy Stone to the families and friends of our homeowners.
- Address homeowner concerns with sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality and respect for their privacy.
- Manage the development's gardens and grounds efficiently, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.
- Undertake light cleaning responsibilities as necessary.
- Facilitate social interactions and activities to enrich the retirement living experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Previous first aid qualifications are a plus, though training will be provided upon hiring.
