Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Planner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and project manage strategic financial plans that meet corporate requirements, including budget and forecast planning.
- Build detailed budgets for specific territories or legal entities, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.
- Coordinate the collection and production of financial information, including reports and data analysis.
- Consolidate financial reports at the sub-regional level, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead the construction of budget and forecast presentation packs, ensuring all revenue and costs are recognized and accurately reported.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial reporting, including direct client billing and supplier invoices, as well as proper accruals and analytical allocation of accounting entries.
- Control the accuracy and completeness of financial information reported, including G&A costs and proper analytical allocation.
- Consolidate information received within our Group ERP system.
- Analyze variances against budget and previous year, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly analysis for regional management, including country and product line profitability analysis by contract, rolling forecast, and G&A review.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, using Group ERP, consolidating variances against budget and supporting management presentations to Group directors.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial reporting by client database, facilitating rolling forecast.
Requirements:
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budget and forecast planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze financial trends and variances.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Group ERP.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year.
