Job Summary
Your Sport Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Netball Coach to lead our team of coaches and deliver high-quality coaching sessions to our students. As a Head Netball Coach, you will be responsible for planning and preparing sessions, communicating with parents, and ensuring the safeguarding and protection of all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of our students
- Lead a team of coaches to deliver coaching sessions and provide support and guidance as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure a positive and safe coaching environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to child safeguarding and protection
Requirements
- Relevant degree in a sport-related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Head Netball Coach or similar role
- Experience working with students aged 3-16 years
- Enhanced CRB/DBS check and Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate
- First Aid qualification and good communication and organisational skills
- Driving Licence and proficiency in MS Office
- Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other members of staff
