• Assist the Spa Management in maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the spa team to achieve exceptional results and consistency in customer service.
• Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massage, and provide expert knowledge and advice to guests.
• Consult with each client to understand their individual needs and preferences, and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Support the Spa Manager in maximizing revenue through effective diary management and proactive selling of spa services.
